Contact details, pickup and delivery suburbs and full Australian addresses, item and handling information, payment preferences, payer name, proposed collection point, listing links and optional photos are used to review and arrange your requested delivery. Share seller details only with permission.

This review stores synthetic requests in a private server database and photos in private server storage. Owner dashboard access requires authentication and is disabled when no owner password is configured. No customer notifications or external booking services are connected.

In-progress text details are saved in this browser tab session so you can refresh and continue. Start over removes that browser draft; name and contact fields are removed from it after a successful send. This tab keeps the request reference and address summary for the received-request screen until cleared or closed. Closing the tab ends the session. Photos must be reselected after refresh. Clearing a browser draft does not delete a request already sent.

No card details are collected by BringMyBuy. In the optional TEST ONLY Checkout flow, Stripe receives the synthetic email for payment receipts, opaque payment references and the accepted amount; delivery addresses, phone numbers and photos are not sent to Stripe. A payment access capability is kept only in this tab session and must not be shared. Payment begins as not collected and receipt as not issued. Only the authenticated owner can manually record an actual cash amount received; choosing cash never marks it paid. Receipt generation is not supported in this review. Photo uploads require a separate unguessable upload capability, not the displayed booking reference.

Before public launch, the contact method, retention period, third-party providers, disclosure arrangements and access/correction process must be finalised. Do not send card details, identity documents or sensitive information in this review.
